These terms apply to the use of faroukcafe.com and to purchases made through our online store. The website is operated by Farouk Café LLC (“Farouk Café,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Shipping and Returns & Refunds pages.

1. Products and product information

We describe our coffees as accurately as we can, using information verified for each lot. Tasting notes describe perceived flavors; they are a guide, not a guarantee, and do not mean that flavorings were added unless an ingredient is named. Processing, origin and lot details can change as supply changes, and product photos may be temporary illustrations until final product photography is available.

Products marked “Coming Soon” or “Limited Lot” are previews. They cannot be ordered, and their price, size and release details are confirmed only once a lot is secured.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Taxes and shipping, where they apply, are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store complete payment-card details. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

3. Orders

After you place an order you will receive an email confirming that we received it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is no longer available, if a price or description was clearly wrong, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund the amount paid.

4. Availability

Many of our coffees come from specific lots and are available in limited quantities. When a product is out of stock it cannot be ordered and its price is not shown.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping destinations, processing times and delivery are described on our Shipping page. Problems with an order, returns and refunds are handled as described on our Returns & Refunds page.

6. Wholesale

Wholesale inquiries submitted through the website are requests for information, not orders. Wholesale supply, pricing and delivery are agreed directly with each business partner.

7. Accounts

If you create a customer account, please keep your login details confidential and tell us if you believe your account has been used without permission.

8. Trademarks and website content

Farouk Café™, Basalt Velvet™, Mist Laurel™ and Dusk Accord™ are trademarks of Farouk Café LLC. The text, photos and other content on this website belong to Farouk Café or are used with permission and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.

9. Use of the website

Please do not misuse the website, for example by attempting to access it without authorization, interfering with its operation, or submitting false or harmful information through its forms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is,” and Farouk Café is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page, with its “Last Updated” date, applies to orders placed from that date.
